A self-attested photocopy of your child’s Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation within three months from your child’s birth date.
Photocopies of the Aadhar Cards of the child, mother, and father.
A duly filled-out Admission Form.
After submission of the documents, we will review them and contact you to schedule an interview at a suitable time and date.
